The mere purchase of the product on the site will constitute a declaration by the customer that he has read the provisions of these regulations, understood them and agreed to them.
The Terms and Conditions constitute a binding contract between you and Hollycraft.

The site allows customers to conveniently, easily, and securely purchase products via the Internet.
- Products can be purchased on the site at any time until stocks last.
- Purchases on the site are made via credit card and BitPay payment transfer only. The transaction will be completed after approval by the credit card company.
- The product price on the website includes VAT.
- Hollycraft reserves the right to discontinue the marketing and sale of the product at any time and to deny the right to purchase on the site at its discretion.
- Signing up for the newsletter or as a new customer provides a one-time discount on full-price products – without duplicate promotions.

Cancellation of the transaction will only be effective upon receipt of an email confirmation from Hollycraft confirming the request.
- If the cancellation is approved - the product must be returned to Hollycraft in its original packaging, along with the original invoice, provided that 14 days have not passed from the date of purchase.
- All costs associated with returning the product are borne by the customer.
- The product will be returned to the business address – a courier cannot be sent on behalf of Hollycraft for collection.
A product that has been personalized – such as adding a name, embroidery, changing size – cannot be returned or exchanged.
In the event of cancellation of a transaction that did not include personalization, Holycraft will refund the customer's money.
If the product has already been received, the customer will also bear the cost of return shipping, in addition to the cancellation fee.
Returns and cancellations apply to products purchased through the website and are not seasonal products.
Hollycraft will not handle returns of products purchased from another source.

- Hollycraft will ensure the delivery of the product to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase on the site, within up to 30 business days.
- The company will not be responsible for delays resulting from force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.
- The product will be delivered to the address provided - or alternatively, you can pick up the product yourself from the Hollycraft offices (by prior arrangement).
- Prices do not include shipping costs, unless otherwise specified.
